Investment:
Plasto-Sac Group have invested in excess of $15 million since January 2005 in state of the art extrusion, print and finishing equipment. The business has a committed investment programme to deliver innovative manufacturing facilities ensuring our customers current and future packaging needs are met whilst developing further growth through new markets.

Capital investment is supported by continued investment in personnel, both within the manufacturing sites and global offices. Plasto-Sac Group has recently opened a new R&D facility, including an Innovations Team within its Mor Industries site.

Manufacturing:
At two manufacturing sites covering over 40,000 square metres, with provision for further development, Plasto-Sac Group plc produces in excess of 30,000 tons of extruded, printed and converted product per year. Approximately 50% of sales are exported through Plasto-Sac global subsidiaries.

Current manufacturing facilities include:
• 25 Co-extrusion lines operating 24 hours per day
• 10 inline and offline presses printing up to 8 colours
• Inline Print and Lamination using EB technology – SEE NEWS
• Off line lamination
• Inline and offline conversion

Operating standards include:
• ISO 9001-2000
• BRC -Global Standard Food Packaging
• ISO 14001-2004 - Environmental Management Standard
